CUSTOMER UNDERTAKING (SALE OF ITEMS WITHOUT RECEIPT)

I hereby voluntarily state and undertake as follows:
1. Ownership Confirmation
I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the items presented to Declutter Dot
Ng for sale and that the items were not stolen, borrowed, leased, rented, or
fraudulently obtained.
2. Absence of Receipt
I acknowledge that I do not have a purchase receipt for the items
submitted for sale. However, I affirm that the items are legitimately mine
and were legally acquired.
3. Authorization to Sell
I authorize Declutter Dot Ng to purchase, resell, transfer, or otherwise
dispose of the items in any manner it deems appropriate after payment has
been made to me.
4. Indemnity Clause
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Declutter Dot Ng, its staff, agents,
and representatives from any claims, disputes, investigations, or legal
actions arising from the ownership or sale of these items.
5. No Future Claims
I hereby waive any right to demand the return of the items after payment
has been received or to dispute the sale in the future.
6. Truthfulness Declaration
I declare that all information provided in this undertaking is true and
correct to the best of my knowledge, and I understand that providing false
information may lead to legal action.
