CONSULTATION/INSPECTION AGREEMENT
By Agreeing to this form, client agrees to the following:
1.Consultation/inspection fee is non-refundable.
2.Consultation fee covers inspection, asset evaluation, documentation, fuel, manpower, reporting, and time spent only.
3.Client is not obligated to accept Declutter Dot NG buy-back offer.
4.If client accepts buy-out offer, 20% of consultation fee shall be credited into logistics & evacuation charges if declutterdotng is the one handling the logistics
5.Asset buy-back value is separate from logistics and evacuation charges.
6.All logistics fees must be fully paid before evacuation begins.
7.Buy-back offers are valid for 24 hours after inspection.
8.Client must disclose all defects, missing parts, faults or non-working items before inspection.
Undisclosed defects discovered later may affect buy-back.
9.Declutter Dot NG reserves the right to decline any clearance request.
10.Clearance timelines are confirmed only after full logistics payment is received.
11.Inspection Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Inspection fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation or rescheduling after a confirmed date/time attracts a 50% charge.
• Same-day cancellation or no access forfeits the full inspection fee.
• New inspection requires new payment
12. WAITING TIME LIMIT — 10 MINUTES
If our team arrives and:
• Client is not on ground
• Keys are not available
• Access is delayed or denied
Our team will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.
DELAY BEYOND 10 MINUTES
If delay exceeds 10 minutes:
₦10,000 waiting charge applies per 10min
or
Inspection may be cancelled and marked as used
(Decision at our discretion based on schedule.)
13.Client is responsible for access, parking, dismantling, removal, detaching, loading and building approvals.
14.Damage During Dismantling or Loading
•All items must remain in the same condition as inspected.
•If any item becomes damaged, defective, altered, or develops new faults during dismantling or loading:
•That item will be removed from the transaction or repriced
