If part of the assets are acquired directly by us after management review, your inspection fee may be converted into logistics credit for asset movement.
Inspection fee credits do not apply where engagements are cancelled, interrupted, or assets are withdrawn from management.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 – Book Assessment
Book an Asset Liquidation Assessment for our team to visit your location.
Step 2 – Assessment & Review
We inspect, document, photograph, review asset condition, discuss payout expectations, timeline, access, and liquidation feasibility.
Step 3 – Approval & Mandate
If approved, you appoint Declutter Dot NG as the sole liquidation manager for the agreed period.
Step 4 – Liquidation Management
We handle:
- content creation
- marketing
- buyer management
- negotiations
- payment collection
- pickup coordination
Step 5 – Seller Payout
You receive your agreed fixed payout for sold items.
FIXED PAYOUT MODEL
This is not profit sharing.
You agree your payout amount.
Declutter Dot NG controls resale pricing, negotiation strategy, and margins.
Any amount above your agreed payout belongs to Declutter Dot NG.
FEES
Assessment Fee
Covers:
- site visit
- consultation
- photography
- video documentation
- asset review
- manpower
- travel
- operational time
Assessment fee is strictly non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Assessment fees are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling after confirmation attracts 50% charge.
- Same-day cancellation forfeits full fee.
- No-show forfeits full fee.
- Denied access forfeits full fee.
- Fresh booking requires fresh payment.
WAITING TIME
Maximum waiting time: 10 minutes.
Delay beyond this attracts:
₦10,000 per extra 10 minutes
Inspection may be cancelled and marked as used.
LIQUIDATION PERIOD
Standard liquidation period: 14 days
If items remain unsold:
- extension
- price review
- revised strategy
- optional buyout (Declutter’s choice only)
Declutter Dot NG is not obligated to buy unsold inventory.
IMPORTANT SELLER OBLIGATIONS
Seller must:
- provide realistic pricing
- disclose all defects
- provide full access
- secure estate/building approvals
- maintain listed items in same condition
- cooperate throughout the process
STRICT PROHIBITIONS
Seller must NOT:
- sell listed items elsewhere
- bypass Declutter Dot NG buyers
- collect direct buyer payments
- change agreed payout after activation
- remove listed items without approval
- block pickup after buyer payment
- hide defects
- misrepresent ownership
BREACH PENALTIES
Seller breach attracts fixed penalties and recovery of all losses, including:
- 25% of agreed payout OR ₦250,000 (whichever is higher) for bypass/direct sales
- ₦150,000 breach fee for unauthorized withdrawal/removal
- ₦100,000 breach fee for hidden defects/access disruption
Additional operational losses remain recoverable.
PAYMENT RULES
- All buyer payments go directly to Declutter Dot NG.
- Seller cannot collect payments directly.
- Seller payout happens only after payment is fully cleared and verified.
- Screenshots or pending alerts do not count as payment.
PICKUP RULES
Buyers are responsible for:
- dismantling
- movers
- loading
- transportation
Unless separately arranged by Declutter Dot NG.
Seller must provide access for pickup.
NO GUARANTEE
Declutter Dot NG provides professional liquidation management.
We do not guarantee:
- full liquidation
- exact sale timeline
- guaranteed buyer demand
Market outcome depends on pricing, condition, demand, and cooperation.
LEGAL
Declutter Dot NG may terminate engagement immediately for breach.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
Disputes fall under Lagos jurisdiction.

By booking this service, you confirm that you:
