Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

Declutter Dot NG operates as an Asset Liquidation & Clearance Warehouse.

Most items sold are:
• Pre-owned
• Surplus stock
• Clearance inventory
• Liquidated assets

Because of the nature of liquidation sales, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

2. No Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong measurements taken by buyer
• Color preference issues
• After-purchase regret
• Third-party delivery damages (after item leaves our warehouse)

Please inspect items properly after payment and collection.

3. Returns (Very Limited Cases Only)

Returns may ONLY be considered if:
• The item delivered is completely different from what was invoiced.
• There was a clear internal documentation error from our warehouse.

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of collection/delivery with:
• Original invoice
• Proof (photos/videos taken immediately upon receipt)
• Unused condition

If approved, we may offer:
• Replacement (if available), OR
• Store credit (not cash refund)

4. Inspection Responsibility

For walk-in buyers:
You are expected to inspect, test, and confirm condition after payment.

For online buyers:
Inspection videos are sent before dispatch. Once approved and paid, sale is final.

5. Electronics & Appliances

All electronics and appliances are tested before sale.

We do not provide warranty unless explicitly stated.

No returns after installation or relocation.

6. Bulk / Clearance Purchases

Bulk purchases, estate clearances, and liquidation deals are strictly final sale.

No refund.
No exchange.
No reversal.

7. Seller Refund (Inspection Booking)

Inspection booking fees are:
• Non-refundable
• Used to cover logistics and manpower

Cancellation or rescheduling after agreed date/time attracts charges as stated in our booking policy.
