Once an item is purchased or leaves our warehouse, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

To keep prices fair and operations smooth:

  • No cash refunds are offered on purchased or shipped items.

  • Store credit may be issued where appropriate, at management’s discretion.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed, so we strongly advise confirming item details (size, name, condition) before payment.

For shipping errors caused by us, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Shipping & Delivery Transparency

  • Lagos deliveries: 1–5 working days

  • Outside Lagos: 3–7 working days

  • Delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation

Delivery fees may vary based on weight and location. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, delivery fees are non-refundable. Failed delivery attempts may attract additional charges.

Pickup Option

Prefer to pick up your order? No problem.

  • Pickup is available within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Pickup details must be provided in advance for verification.

  • Orders left beyond this period may attract storage fees or be classified as abandoned.
