Delivery & Logistics Policy
Declutter Dot NG operates a warehouse-based liquidation model.
Delivery Options
•Pick-up at warehouse (recommended) Once you receive a “Order Ready for Pickup” email , you can come to the warehouse for pick up.
•Third-party delivery arranged at buyer’s cost
•Our logistics partner (where available)
Important:
• Delivery fees are separate from item price
• Delivery payments are non-refundable( Please note that delivery fee are subjected to changed based on the weight, our logistics officer may reach out to you to reconcile any discrepancies in fee changed.)
• Delivery timelines depend on location & traffic conditions
Once Item Leaves Our Warehouse
Once an item has:
•Been inspected by buyer
•Paid for
•Handed over to delivery agent
Declutter Dot NG is no longer liable for:
•Damage during transit
•Mishandling by third-party riders
•Scratches after loading
•Installation damages
Buyers are advised to:
•Be present at delivery
•Inspect immediately upon arrival

Damage Responsibility
Declutter Dot NG thoroughly inspects and documents items before dispatch.
We are not responsible for:
•Damages after collection
•Electrical faults caused by power surge
•Improper installation
•Mishandling by movers
•Exposure to rain or improper storage after delivery
If damage is reported, we will verify warehouse documentation before review.
False damage claims may be rejected.

“AS-IS” CONDITION POLICY
As-Is Sales Policy
Most items sold by Declutter Dot NG are:
•Pre-owned
•Clearance stock
•Liquidated assets
•Surplus inventory
All items are sold “AS-IS”, meaning:
✔ Buyer accepts item in its current condition
✔ No warranty unless clearly stated
✔ No future performance guarantee
We encourage physical inspection before purchase.
By making payment, buyer confirms satisfaction with item condition.

Buyer Responsibility Agreement
By purchasing from Declutter Dot NG, you agree that:
1.You have inspected or requested inspection proof.
2.You understand items are liquidation stock.
3.You accept our No Refund policy.
4.You understand delivery risks once item leaves warehouse.
5.You accept that prices reflect liquidation value, not brand-new retail pricing.
Declutter Dot NG reserves the right to refuse service to abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative buyers.
